This Privacy Policy explains how KegelFit Pro ("we," "us," or "the App") handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to a privacy-first approach: we collect the minimum data necessary, store it on your device whenever possible, and never sell your personal information.
KegelFit Pro is a pelvic floor training application developed and operated by Mahbub Alam, an independent developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information collected when you install, access, or use the App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you use the free version of the App, your device's Advertising ID (AAID) may be collected by Google AdMob for the purpose of delivering ads. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time through your Android device settings under Privacy → Ads.
If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive a confirmation that a purchase was made and a purchase token, but we do not receive your credit card details, billing address, or other payment information.

Used to display banner and interstitial ads in the free version. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, IP address, and limited interaction data. Learn more at Google's Advertising Policies.
Handles all subscription transactions. Payment information is processed by Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage events; Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports. No personally identifiable information is sent. See the Firebase Privacy Information page for details.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will display a consent form on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. You can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You may change your consent preferences at any time within the App settings.
Users outside the EEA may also receive personalized advertising based on Advertising ID. You can opt out of personalized ads through your Android device settings.
Most data — including your profile, session history, streaks, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using encrypted local storage (Room database and EncryptedSharedPreferences for sensitive data such as your PIN). This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features in a future version.
Data transmitted to third-party services (analytics, crash reports, ad requests) is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
On-device data is retained for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App deletes all locally stored information. Within the App, you may also reset all data through Settings.
Analytics and crash data collected by Firebase are retained according to Google's standard retention periods, typically 14 months for analytics events and 90 days for Crashlytics records.
KegelFit Pro is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently received information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information should contact us using the details in Section 14.

Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

The App is operated from Bangladesh. Third-party service providers such as Google may process your information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We rely on standard contractual clauses and similar safeguards offered by these providers where applicable.
The App may contain links to external websites (for example, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service hosted on GitHub Pages, or to manage your subscription in the Google Play Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where significant changes are made, provide notice through the App. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
